| Looking for a roommate to share a whole house In McKenzie Towne - June 1. You get: 2 secondary bedrooms Own full bathroom Dogs allowed Shared: Kitchen, Living, Dining, Basement, laundry, and Yard. Lots of storage. No vaping or smoking inside the house LGBT friendly, all genders welcome. Bus stop 5 min walk. 15 min walk or 5 min drive to 130th Ave, Sobeys/High Street shopping areas, and all amenities. Current tenant: Ally to LGBT. 40, female, working professional with 2 jobs, and a very friendly dog. Landlords live in the community, one is a contractor (repairs are made in timely manner) and the other works for Calgary Police. House is mostly furnished, rooms are unfurnished (bed frame has since been reclaimed by previous tenant) Rent is $1200 per month, plus half utilities (usually about $150-$225, with higher end in winter). Deposit is $1200. |
