Bus# 91 is across the street from the house and stops at Foothills Hospital Campus every 15 minutes during the day. Strict observation of quiet hours between 10pm – 7am. No visitors/smoking/vaping/partying allowed. A short walk to the North Hill Shopping Mall where you do your groceries, banking and shopping Monthly rent for very good size basement bedroom: $500. Monthly rent includes WIFI but NOT utilities. Monthly utilities per tenant range from $60 to $120 in the previous year. Actual utilities depend on actual consumption. Single occupancy per room only.
