| AVAILABLE MAY 1ST — Room for long-term rent in a shared 5 bedroom house. We are all current students or recent alumni in our early twenties, looking for another young professional or student. The room is currently unfurnished, but can be rented furnished for $750/month. We tend to have staggered schedules so the house is usually quiet. You would have lots of fridge, freezer and cupboard space in a shared kitchen. There are two floors, each of which has a common area. Storage space is available in the basement or garage. Location is convenient, 5-10 minute bus ride or 25-30 min walk to the U of C campus. It is also walking distance to a convenience store, liquor store and Brentwood mall. Must be able to commit to a 1 year lease, or sublet during months away. Deposit is 1 month’s rent. |
