| Have a room for rent and is available July 1st 2025 in Applewood located in the southeast.. 650 per month. although there is two cats here and three budgies we are no longer accepting pets at this time... we are looking for someone that has full-time work and is able to pay their rent on time consistently.. Rent includes utilities use of appliances like washer dryer fridge dishwasher etc . internet is also included. You must buy your own toiletry items including toilet paper and also must pay for your own laundry soap. no smoking inside outside is fine there's an ashtray on the back and front porch. 420 friendly but outside only. There is two bathrooms in the house -Upstairs is the one with the shower near the room for rent and there's a bathroom on the main floor with a sink and toilet to use if needed..
