The homeowner (young professional), lives in one of the rooms for now, but is out of the country November through February. Two other female roommates (young professionals) who are easygoing and keep the house clean. New kitchen fully stocked with all appliances, dishes, cutlery, and more. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Spacious living room with a 55'' TV, Netflix, and Prime included. Parking spot at the back of the house + free street parking available. What’s Included: Heat, hot water, electricity, and internet – all utilities included in rent. Front-loading washer and dryer and parking at the back. Availability: Room available starting November 1st for $725 Deposit: Damage deposit is equal to one month's rent. Minimum stay: 3 months, then month-to-month with 1-month notice.
