Close to bus routes and Memorial Drive. It's one male tenant and 2 larger dogs that live here, the upstairs tenant also has 2 dogs. Shared laundry with upstairs. The bedroom is not furnished. $700 all in. The backyard is mostly for the basement and upstairs gets the front yard. No garage, but there will be a parking spot in the back if you have a vehicle. This is a pretty quiet and respectful household, please all smoking to be done outside, no parties and looking for a single individual, for there isn't much room to move a couple into one room.
