| About the room: I am looking for a full time student or working male to share a fully furnished apartment downtown in Chinatown .The room is also furnished and everything–-rent, internet and Firestick TV heat, lights, water is included. I prefer renting to a male student and it has easy access to C Train /buses and shopping/ gyms and it is available July 15 for a move in date. Laundry is located in the main lobby area and is coin operated. .. The roommate must be clean and no drugs. I can set up a viewing after July 15th and will make a decision by July25th if we are a suitable match as roomies. No smoking in the apartment and zero drug tolerance. The room is located at 2nd ave SW Across from Point Sushi— 4 blocks to C train. Please leave a description about yourself when inquiring about the room. The room itself has a TV mounted to the wall and has Firestick TV loaded with sports, movies, etc…However you are more than welcome to use all common areas . Gay friendly as well. If you are looking for something short term the price is 250 per week...Long term is 750 per month IF THE AD IS STILL UP IT IS AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!!! |
