| Hello! I am urgently looking for a male/female roomate to rent a master bedroom with its own attached bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment located on 1017 11th Ave SW downtown near Midtown Co-op. The location is conveniently near the C train and 17th Avenue downtown) . Move in is on June 1st for an option of 12month contract, 6 months contract or month to month contract (to be discussed in person regarding our options. I need someone who can decide to rent the room as soon as possible before May 1 since that is the deadline to sign the lease contract. Rent is around $1,050 /month (12month contract) plus (electric, internet, home insurance totalling approximately $80) , in suite laundry is available, I am looking for someone clean, easy going and respectful. Available for viewing most of the time during the day and evenings.
