(See below for complete breakdown) The apartment is a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 baths bi-level located in the Beltline and is furnished except for the bedrooms. The apartment building is secure and only a block away from 17th ave and a 10 minute walk from the train. There is a gym and community spaces available for use. We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful but knows how to have fun and is willing to sign on to the lease. Looking for a female roommate I apologize but I will likely not respond to male applicants as it has become a waste of time. One roommate is a woman in her 30s who enjoys reading, baking and gaming. The other is a woman in her late 20s and likes hiking, adventure, and delicious food. Please respond with some information about yourself and what you do for work so we know if you’ll be a good fit as a roommate.
