Looking for a mature, clean, quiet individual to share an older bungalow with three other people (a couple, mid 50s live upstairs and a male, late 40s, is in the other basement bedroom, works two on one off and is rarely around). The house is located in the quiet community of Thorncliffe, is one block from a bus stop and is walking distance to Safeway and other stores. Street parking is available, for one vehicle. You must be pet friendly as there is a small senior dog and a senior cat living in the house, sorry but no other dogs or cats will be allowed(other pets can be discussed). We are a low key household without a lot of comings and goings, which is how we would like to keep it. Smoking and vaping are allowed outside only! References and proof of income are required.
