Private room includes: ( will take out kids stuff lol) ▪︎Double bed & beddding, lamp, fan and closet. ▪︎Access to insuite laundry. ▪︎2 washrooms available, 1 bath. ▪︎Dishwasher and access to all cooking utilities. ▪︎Street parking available. ▪︎ Balcony and garage ▪︎Bus stops on the block and close by. ▪︎Walmart, Sobeys, Shoppers Drug Mart, gas stations, and many restaurants available. ▪︎Parks and walk paths available. Monthly will be $850 utilities included. This place is more suitable if you are driving a vehicle. Will require a deposit of $850 that you will get back on the day of your departure. About me: I am a single father who works full-time and run a small property service business. I am very busy. Also very clean and quite who wakes up early. I do not drink or smoke cigarettes.
