| Available June 1st or earlier... We're looking for a roommate to share our spacious, fully furnished, and comfortable home in Ranchlands. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, all the amenities are literally steps away at Crowfoot Village and with Stoney Trail, Crowchild Trail, and John Laurie a 1 minute drive. Fully fenced backyard with BBQ, firepit, and a large patio for enjoying the weather. There is ample secured storage in the insulated garage and new washer/dryer in the house. You MUST BE employed, somewhat social , an adult (M/F), clean and respectful of others. Please DO NOT call if you are on Govt. Assistance, 'between jobs-we've had enough of those people.
