The first guy I kicked out was a loonie. The second guy I kicked out (after 4 days) needed to be picked up off the living room floor as he was too drunk to stand-after saying he didn’t drink… AVAILABLE JULY 1st….I’m looking for a RESPONSIBLE ADULT M/F to share my spacious and fully furnished Ranchlands home with. We are 2 adult guys (and Alex is seldom here as he works out of town and travels frequently), self employed and I have 2 dogs. The kitchen, living room, and dining room is fully equipped and furnished and comfortable. The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac approx 1 minute away from Stoney, Crowchild, and John Laurie Blvd and across the street from Crowfoot Village-all the amenities right there! There is a large backyard, BBQ on the patio, and ample storage in the insulated garage. Parking is right outside the front door! Rent includes full use of the house, your 10.5’ by 11.5’ bedroom with large closet, Internet and big screen tv in the living room, and washer/dryer-you and I will share a full (with large tub), CLEAN, bathroom and linen closet.
