We have a beautiful home in Lakeview, approximately 20 minutes to Mount Royal University, Rockyview Hospital, Heritage Park, Glenmore Reservoir (fishing, biking, canoeing, sailing, hiking), parks and fitness centers. The Canoe Club is a 15 to 20 minute walk. We are between Signal Hill and Chinook Shopping Center and approximately 20 minutes to downtown, the University of Calgary, McMahon Stadium, Chinook Train Station, Heritage Drive, Quarry Park and Southland Drive. By car Chinook Shopping Centre is 10 minutes away. Bus stop is a half block away. Monthly rent is $800 per month. Damage Deposit: $800 Rent is for a single person - sorry no couples.
