Want groceries? 3 minute walk to Sobeys! Coffee? Starbucks is literally a minute walk. Need to take the bus? There are 2 C-train stations within a 5 minute walking distance, and a major shopping centre within 10. If you’re looking for a nice residential neighbourhood that’s close to everything, this is the place. But that’s not all. The house itself is really nice. All bedrooms are fully furnished, so if you just want a short term stay, you don’t even have to shop for furniture! No need to go to a laundromat with in-house washer/dryer! Utilities are extra but you’re sharing them 6 ways, so it turns out pretty reasonable for high speed internet and all the basics.
