The room is located in a recently renovated 2-bedroom basement suite apartment with a sizeable den space. You would be sharing the suite with one friendly working male. Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities would be shared. The rental rate is $675/month + a small share of utilities for the house (typically $100/month). A Hispanic five-person family occupies the upstairs portion of the house. There is high-speed WiFi available for streaming movies, games, etc for $50/month. Required damage deposit is equal to the first month rent. Proof of employment and a good rental reference are required. Preference will be given to a working male above the age of 25, and who ideally is a Christian, or someone with strong conservative values.
