| One spacious room(preferably a lady) in a large furnished townhouse(in a private property)for rent in Citadel Meadow Gardens, Northwest Calgary. The private bedroom is very spacious and you will have access to a shared 4pc bathroom(needs to be shared with another lady tenant living in adjacent room) and a powder room in the main floor. The other lady tenant has a full time job and a casual job. She is hardly seen at home, mostly at home to take a nap. The room is very spacious and has got a new air mattresses, table, chair, fan and a heated blanket in it. There are also few gym equipments(Treadmill, dumbells and bench press) you will have access to. The main floor has an open kitchen, living room and dining space(see pictures). You can also use the deck space. It is one of the most beautiful and well maintained and secured private community in Northwest with a school right opposite. The university is just 13kms away, downtown is 19 kms away and airport is 16 kms away. Costco, Walmart, Real Canadian Superstore, Scotia Bank, RBC, BMO, Gas Station, Starbucks, Timhortans and many other restaurants are just 1.5 to 2 kilometers away.The bus stop(bus number/ route 138 every 15 minutes usually) is only 300 metres away. Crowfoot crossing and LRT is 3.6 kms away. Nearest neighborhoods are Royaloak, Arbour Lake, Beacon Hill and Hampton. Open to renting out to university students as well. The rental space does not include the basement. However you can use the basement for laundry purposes and do your exercise. Internet and laundry are included in your fixed rental amount. My wife and myself also live in the same townhouse. We have an ensuite. So the 4pc bathroom will only be used by you and the other tenant. Utility bill will be divided by the number of people living in the unit(for example, if the utility bill is $100, your share will be $25). Available from 10th May.
