The location is very convenient as grocery stores, shopping mall, walk in clinic, gas stations are nearby within easy access. The community is very safe and away from chaos. The laundry is inside the building right next to the apartment unit. The unit receives a lot of sunlight, has a huge balcony to enjoy the view. Short term month to month rental. No pets, no smoke, no parties (strictly prohibited by condo board with no exception). Rent is $1000 with utilities and wifi. The other room is occupied by me. I am a full time working professional and work during daytime and spend leisure hours mostly in outdoors or staying active. I like to keep the place clean, tidy and organized.
