The Bedroom is located on the top floor of a 3 level townhouse in the northeast area of Calgary. Candidate is free to enjoy whatever comes along with the home such as TV, living & dining room furniture, dishes, utensils, pots and pans as the home is yours to settle in, and enjoy. Quite a large Pantry so sharing space will not be an issue. TV is a 4K Smart one with Prime, Disney and many other Apps downloaded on there for your Leisure Experience and Enjoyment. There’s a piano in the basement for your leisure enjoyment and use if candidate is of a musical nature. Little bit about my personality as this will be a Shared accommodation with the writer of this Ad. Writer is a working professional; who’s a mature; kind, clean, fun and drama free individual who quite enjoys my peace and being a bit of a book worm. I am a good natured Ambivert who is mentally and emotionally stable. Definitely have not arrived yet in life but I treat others with respect and I’m ever striving to be a better version of myself daily. Home does have two sets of stairs. - [ ] Building parking and street parking is usually available as a first come first serve basis. - [ ] Home comes with an attached garage; can discuss possible use with the successful candidate at an extra cost of $25 per month if interested. Shopping and transit - [ ] Home is close to shopping centers, schools, parks, and has close transit access. - [ ] It’s 5-10 minutes away from all major amenities, Stony Trail and the Deerfoot Highways. - [ ] If using public transit; it’s quite close to the bus numbers 128 and 145. 2-3 minute walk out to the bus stop from here. - [ ] It’s Just 10 minutes away from the Saddle-Town C-train station for commuters.
