Available May 1st (possibly couple days before) @ We are looking for a quiet, clean, and mature roommate willing to participate in weekly chores and stick to the house rules. @ The house is located on Centre Street North, close to the bus stop 300 - 301 - 3 - etc. By transit: 15 min to SAIT, 25 min to the University of Calgary, 15 min to Downtown. @ The room is furnished as you see in the pictures. @ The room is in the basement, Separate entrance from the main floor. One other male roommates currently live in the basement and share the bathroom, living room, and the kitchen. (a male roommate is preferred) @ No pets, non-smoking environment. Street parking. @ We offer monthly fixed rental agreements: Base rent: $600 + utilities. Bill for March was ~$95 per person. It will probably go down as the summer approach (last summer bill was ~$70/person, max last year was ~$115/person, average ~$82/person). Utilities include: High speed internet, electricity, gas, water, toilet papers and house cleaning supplies. @ To hold the room, you will have to pay at least half the rent. You pay the other half when you arrive with an additional damage/co-op deposit ($250). You get your deposit back when you move out only if no damage + you do your cleaning chores and stick to the house rules. The first to sign up and pay will reserve the room. @ Our monthly payment policy: we require a half-rent non-refundable payment by the middle of each month if you decide to continue with us for the following month. The other half can be paid by the end of the previous month. @ If the ad is up, the room is available.
