| Quiet Professional working, Fitness Minded, Single, Quiet, 56 Year Male. I have a friendly demeanor and Im polite in all situations. I am looking for a furnished or unfurnished room with a bright window, with no outside distractions such as neighbours uncontrollable barking pets. Location: My ideal place would be close to any Goodlife Fitness Gyms in the S.E area of Calgary. Such as Mckenzie Town, Mckenzie Lake or Douglasdale. I do not drink or smoke. I suit well with living arrangements with just the Landlord and myself. Instead of lots of roomies. I will require some small storage space but certainly not a deal breaker.
