Shared kitchen with full appliances and kitchen cooking and eating facilities including dishes, laundry, dishwasher and all new appliances living room furnished with sound system and 72” TV, dining table. Nice backyard with BBQ & furniture, all landscaping/snow removal is covered by monthly fee. $725 with one month damage deposit to secure the room which is none refundable. If the add is up then it’s still available. All interested parties will need to be able to meet with me prior and any agreement will be made with the deposit.
