Kingsland School and Henry Wise High School are in the area with a lot of 30km/h zone which is good for safety and quietness around the house. Close to Macleod Trail which is good for commuting to downtown and anywhere thanks to the intersection in front of the CF Chinook Centre. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops would be convenient. Also, 15 mins distance from the Sb Heritage C-Train Station by walk and 10 mins away by bus. This will be helpful as well There is a separate entrance for the basement tenants. Therefore, there should be no problem with the privacy of the upstairs tenants. The laundry room is located in the basement (separated from the basement tenant area and it is shared). To keep each upstairs and downstairs tenant's privacy. No smoking, no cannabis, and no pets If you have a car, you can use the street parking. The street parking is still safe enough since the street is 30km/h zone. The room is currently furnished with a table, chair, double size mattress with a frame The monthly rent for the room is $750 all-inclusive with one month of deposit.
