| Hello, please read the full description before asking if it is available. I'm offering a clean, renovated suite for rent in my house. The rent includes all utilities and high speed internet. The suite is suitable for maximum 2 people. It has south facing above ground windows, 2 bedrooms, kitchen with small living space, a full bathroom and a shared laundry. Homeowner lives upstairs. It is located walking distance to Bowness and Bowmont parks and the river. There is some storage available for bicycles, kayaks etc. The back yard has a neglected veggie garden that can be used if someone is into it :) I can allow a well behaved dog, but the back yard is not fully fenced and it can not be used for the dog to poop there. Sorry but no cats. No smoking or vaping inside, also no loud music, or parties. I can provide some furniture if needed. I would like to offer this place to a quiet, working person(s).
