| I’m looking for a roommate and the move in date can be flexible but after Aug 1st. Essentially you'd be renting the basement which includes the bedroom, your own bathroom including shower, and a large living space. We'd share all the other areas in the house (kitchen / laundry etc.). Room is available for a single person. No couples please. The bedroom is not furnished, but the basement living space has a large couch and TV stand which would essentially be yours to make your own. There is some storage for you under the stairs as well. For parking, you'd get the driveway all to yourself. You'd be responsible for rent plus half the utilities excluding internet, I'll cover that. Looking for someone who’s neat, tidy, doesn’t smoke, has a job, fairly easy to get along with and likes dogs. And yes, I know the pics aren't the best but I have my current roommate in here and I didn't really want to take a pictures of all his stuff. |
