| Hey, instead of writing the same dumb ad I thought I’d personalize it a bit. I am a 33 year old dude and looking for a roommate that would fit my home well. I am looking for a roommate for the west wing of my 1850 square foot bungalow, backing onto Fish Creek Park and paved path in Deer Run. The bedroom is on the main level, is 124 square feet in area (includes closet), and there is a bathroom on your side of the house. The bedroom comes with optional cabinet/drawers and blackout blinds. The house is a 2 bed 2 bath (undeveloped basement but I’ve made it awesome) so your bathroom may be used once in a while by a guest during a get together, but would normally just be used by you. The downstairs has a ping pong table, a foosball table, gym and darts. The main level has a nice tv room, jungly reading/relaxing area, dining room and kitchen. The backyard faces east and onto Fish Creek Park, with a sitting area and deck looking out into the park and river. The river is only 100 meters away and is great for fishing, walking beside, biking beside, rafting on, and hanging out. Just beyond the backyard, there is a paved bike/walking path with a nice 7.4 km loop around the river. Who would you be living with? Well, I go to church on Sundays most weeks, work as a teacher most weeks, enjoy sports, yard games, board games, gym, running, biking, and hanging out with my friends and family and I would genuinely like to get along with the person that moves in :) No garage parking but lots of street parking right next to the driveway as the house is located just before a cul de sac. No pets, no smoking, no vaping, no heavy drinking. There is a cleaning lady who comes each month and cleans all bathrooms, kitchen, and anything else she has time for. It is a 7 minute bike ride to quarry park so if that is where you work this would be a great location! 1250 includes rent and utilities (wifi / cable included) Ready for a renter anytime!
