| Single Car Heated Garage for Daily or Weekly Rental **Please read entire ad carefully** *Please don't ask if it's available. If the ad is still up it is available * Offering our single car garage for daily or weekly rental. We are located in the NE community of Coventry. **Sorry no monthly rental available at the moment. No exceptions** **Right now the garage is booked until September 18th but would be available after then** I have all of this unused space available for a tradesman, mechanic or hobbyist to have sufficient space to work on little projects here and there. This opportunity would be great for someone who needs to work on their vehicle for a few days or a week or two. Please message me for bookings as they fill up quick! We suggest booking a couple weeks in advance! Rental is $25/day or $140/week. The garage is about 20 feet by 30 feet. Door height is 6.5 feet and 9 feet wide and includes a built in heater with thermostat that can be used on colder days. There is an extra cleaning fee of $50 if you do not leave the space the way it was when you arrived or if you do not have time to clean after. (I.e spilling of oil, other liquids, garbage and dirty rags left etc) *Payment of half the daily or weekly rental fee is due at time of booking and would be accepted via etransfer.
