| Clean quiet responsible female (36) looking for an above ground apartment (no basement suites) or main floor of a house duplex 4 plex etc. No smoking. No drugs. No partying. All utilities included (electric heat & water) is preferred but at least heat and water. Looking for anywhere in Alberta however I don’t drive so I need to be close to groceries & amenities or transit. I have 2 very well behaved litter trained clean quiet indoor kitties. I like white cabinets and light walls. Nothing dark. I love bright light and clean. Looking for long term with quiet clean neighbours. I always take care of the place as if it’s my own with pride and care. I always pay rent on time. Please let me know if you have a lovely place for rent that sounds like a great fit for me thanks :)! |
