I have a large bedroom available for rent with a small walk-in closet full House. the current other person and i have been friends for 14 years and have lived here for 2. there are three bathrooms in the home the person who lives downstairs has his own washroom the only thing shared for a washroom is the shower. the toilet itself is private for you. the room comes unfurnished all I am asking is for someone who is capable to pay the bills and not a drug addict or an alcoholic no blackouts no benders. We work constantly all day everyday so the house is quiet. no parties please call or text with any questions. Deposit of 400$ required as well refundable for damage deposit.
