The rent is included utilities, Fibre internet, washer and dryer, free street parking. min 6 months rent term. Individual (full employed or student) no strong daily smelly cooking is welcome. Attention student of U of C and NAIT: If you take bus to school, it will cost 4-9 min walking to bus station, plus 25-35 min on bus. There are fewer ways to reach school.
