| Hello I am a young single mom of one toddler looking for a cheap rental preferably in Calgary or Airdrie in July or later . I would love two bedrooms so I can have my own but since my disability is so small even one room for my son would be so good. I prefer to have all utilities included so i only need to pay one bill all together . I am quiet and very clean. I do have one fixed cat but if necessary he can stay with other family. I don't drink or do drugs or smoke Inside . I have a small but stable Income so will never miss rent . Looking to rent fora year for stability for my son and I . I will not send damage deposit until I have looked through the place and have signed the lease as I was scammed that way the last time I tried to move .
