| Hello, I am new to Calgary, AB and am seeking a safe & affordable long-term 1-2 bedroom apartment within the city for myself & 10 year old (with the potential of my 3 year old granddaughter joining our unit in Sept 2024) for July 1, 2024. I am a quiet, clean, responsible, neat and tidy professional that mostly works from home and a student that attends dance classes at a local studio. I do not drink, party, smoke - however, I do vape but very minor as I'm in the process of quitting. My children are well-behaved and respectful. Im presently, renting a temporary room in a shared space in the SE that was available for 2 months (May 1 - June 30th). Prior to moving in, the landlord informed me he did have plans of selling prior to myself taking up residence, the situation was suitable while I sought long-term safe and affordable housing for myself and children.
