Important aspects of the home: • Beautiful neighborhood of Sandstone. • 20-minute drive to downtown. • Schools are either walking distance or less than a 10-minute drive. • Close to transit, shopping, and entertainment. • Backyard Deck, BBQ, Firepit, and large yard for gardening (apple trees and berries producing fruits already). • Pet friendly possibly, upon agreement between us. • Main Level: Family Room, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Door to backyard, Bathroom, Laundry, and Mudroom with access to Double Garage. • Upstairs: Primary Bedroom with attached bathroom and walk-in closet, 2 more Bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom. • Basement: undeveloped with large space for a gym or storage. • 2 car garage with storage space and lots of street parking. Details of the process: • One-year minimum lease. • Security Deposit: one month rent. • Rent does not include utilities. • Unfurnished home. (Piano can be left behind upon agreement between us). • Credit Score Required (but given the current economic climate, we can discuss this further, as some circumstances create a poor credit score, or some have none yet.) • Letter of Employment(s) will be requested with employer contact info and/or References. • Interviews on the phone and in-person before visits are scheduled. • In person viewings available immediately. Ultimately, we want to find a respectful family and/or group of adults to live in our home with respect and care. We are very flexible, within reason, and can discuss terms to make everyone happy.
