You will be sharing the kitchen, single bathroom, living room and basement laundry with two other roommates. Bedroom comes with bed, bed frame and closet. You provide your own sheets and mattress cover. Pet's are negotiable for an extra price. Looking to rent out month by month basis. $1000/month (+$500 damage deposit upfront) Includes all utilities and internet. There's ample street parking in front.
