| Hey our suite is available just for the month of May. Located 2 blocks from Crowchild and 17th ave SW. Looking for a low key low impact level headed sober single respectful person. CLEAN is the number one priority and we don't mess around there. We were raised to be excellent guests who always clean up after themselves and are looking for someone similar. We keep this home and property immaculate. We have always worked very hard to keep this suite in great shape and have always had it professionally cleaned. It was repainted recently and carpets shampooed. It gets great light down there and it's a fully contained private suite. We only share the hallway and laundry room. You have your own thermostat. Utilities and wifi included but only if you're mindful of your utility usage. We are not rich people upstairs who are paying the bills so please just care. This is not a halfway house or a place for people fleeing a bad situation, would prefer someone in town for work maybe. We are the sort who have no interest in drama or substance abuse. We eat clean organic food, we garden and live for our dogs and nature. We strongly believe in fresh air and daylight and like to rent to people who are the same. We're friendly and mind our own business. Looking for someone who doesn't have a lot of stuff to move in, and is not bothered by dogs (they aren't in your space but you might meet them at the shared entrance once in a while). NO chemical cleaners, fragrances or laundry soaps allowed we are allergic. I might consider a small clean dog but we would have to talk about that. Definitely no cats, sorry. Also no one who cooks a lot of pungent food. We take care to keep this house always smelling clean and fresh and there is no hood fan or separate spice kitchen down there. We only reply to people who introduce and tell us a bit about themselves. |
