We are several steps away from #301 bus stop, which can reach downtown in approx. 20-ish mins. BRT has very frequent bus. House is located in Harvest Hill, so we have quick and short access to Beddinton Towne Square in south bound, and Country Hill Town Centre / Library / Vivo / Theatre in the North. We also have major supermarket within walking distance. So it is convenient and plenty of job opportunities too. And airport is only several minutes of driving distance. (!! note, plane do not come this way, as it is uphill, so no noise) Walking distance to grocery, bubble tea, pharmacy, cafe, restaurant, fast food..etc. Plenty of open spot parking around my house. Main floor: $820 (available immediately) Basement: $795 (near end of July, could be earlier ask for details) Ensuite Master bedroom: $1150 (available in Dec) Basement room can fit a queen size bed. Double occupancy? ask for details. Price include utilities and wifi. no cable. Shared appliances: 2 laundry sets, 2 fridge, stove, oven, 2 microwave, dishwasher, air-fryer So, working in downtown or near by community or come to Calgary for Studying. This is good for you. We prefer more quiet tenant, who will respect others. No party, no loud noise maker, no smoking, no cigarette, no vape, no weed, no drug, no pet. If you are interested, tell me about yourself. I will need proof of income, references, school's letter if you are students...etc. If you work, please provide employment letter or reference. If student, please provide school admission letter.
