| I’m moving out and am looking for a female (preferably a student/young working professional and subject to the landlord’s approval) to take over a one year lease in an upstairs 3 bedroom floor starting asap. Rent is $800 per month, not including utilities. There are currently two female tenants, one of which has a dog! They are very organized and responsible! The house is located in varsity next to market mall, there are many grocery stores nearby (Safeway, save on foods), it’s a 10 minute walk to the bow river walking trail, and a 1 minute walk to a bus stop that takes you right to the University of Calgary.
