Two rooms are currently available for rent: • The large room is available at $700 plus a security deposit of $700. • The small room is priced at $600 plus a security deposit of $600. (RENTED) Water, electricity, gas, and internet fees are all included. Each room is equipped with basic furniture, such as a chair, a desk, a mattress, and a bed frame. There may be additional furniture provided, but it cannot be guaranteed. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room on the first floor are shared among the residents on the first floor. There are a washing machine and a dryer in the basement, which are shared by the landlady living in the basement and the roommates on the first floor. There are free on-street parking spaces in front of the house, or you can rent the double garage in the backyard for $500. Living Rules: • Smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited. • Parties are not allowed. • Overnight guests are not permitted. • Please clean up the shared spaces, including but not limited to the bathroom, kitchen, and living room, after use. • Laundry is restricted to before 10 p.m. |
