Parking is available on the street out front of the house. A damage deposit of 1 month is required and a 1 year lease agreement. This is a non pet friendly house, no smoking or drug use is allowed on the premise. You the applicant should be at least 35 years old male, be employed or have some sort of income like a pension, etc. Also need to have 2-3 references from ideally an employer, and former landlord.
