Description
Rent is $800 for one person, or $1100 for a couple, this includes utilities and wifi. Must have proof of income. It is an awesome house in North Haven, Calgary. Looking for tenant(s) to lease the basement and share parts of the house with. April 1st move-in (or a little bit later, we are flexible on move-in date for the right tenant). 15-minute walk to Nose Hill park, 5-minute walk to off-leash dog park, 10-minute walk to Safeway (and there's a Save On Foods and Superstore within a 5 minute drive as well). 10-minute drive to SAIT, U of C is a 12-minute drive, 6-minutes to Deerfoot, 16 minute drive to Cross Iron Mills. Very central location, but the house is on a nice, quiet street in a mature neighbourhood. What you get: an entire basement to yourself/ yourselves, including a large rec room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. You also have free reign of the common areas upstairs, including the kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom, and good-size front and back yards. This means you aren't stuck in the basement without an ample resource for beautiful sunlight! Come hang out upstairs or outside whenever you want. Lots of street parking. Laundry is shared downstairs. Separate entrance to basement, but you are welcome to use the front door if preferred. We keep the house in good repair and tidy, and expect that whoever comes to live at the house will show the property the same level of respect. We want to find tenant(s) who are kind, respectful, consistent with rent, and who have a steady income (once again, some form of proof of income is required).
