It is a very clean, safe and quiet place good for students in SAIT or U of C or professionals who work in DT and do not have too much personal belongings. The monthly rent is $520/M. Additional $50/year for a roadside parking permit if required for your vehicle. All utilities, high speed Wi-Fi internet and laundry are included. Your need to share one decent size kitchen and restroom with other SAIT students. Regular professional cleaning services for public area of the house (living room, washroom and kitchen and stairs) is provided. A double bed and a computer desk with a chair are provided in the room.
