We also have major supermarket within walking distance. So it is convenient and plenty of job opportunities too. And airport is only several minutes of driving distance. (!! note, plane do not come this way, as it is uphill, so no noise) Walking distance to grocery, bubble tea, pharmacy, cafe, restaurant, fast food..etc. Plenty of open spot parking around my house.
