| 2100 sq feet House Sublet in Cougar Ridge – 4 weeks - Summer 3 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms We will be subletting our place for approximately 4 weeks while we are away on our own summer holidays. From July 27th to August 24th 2024. There could possibly be a one or two-day flexibility on start and end dates. Do you have visiting family ? Or are in-between places? Renovating your home ? Are you are a tourist wanting to explore Calgary and the Rockies? Then this short-term arrangement might be ideal for you. Our two storey family home is located in the community of Cougar Ridge SW by the beautifully wild Paskapoo slopes. Our main floor has a living room, a music room, a games room, laundry, half bath and kitchen with modern appliances. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, and two more bathrooms. Plus a large office room. Large windows throughout the home allow for an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming ambience. Cougar Ridge is a quiet community known for its excellent location and amenities. We are also near Canada Olympic Park, offering a range of recreational activities for outdoor enthusiasts. Grocery shopping, professional services, and a selection of restaurants are also easily accessible on a ten/fifteen minute walk away, providing residents with everything you’ll need. Cougar Ridge is close to major transportation routes, including the TransCanada Highway and Stoney Trail, for easy, fast commutes to downtown Calgary, the University, or to beat the traffic heading to the Mountains. The backyard and deck are a great place to enjoy the morning sun, watching the birds and squirrels play on the mature trees on this quiet cul-de-sac. There are many biking and walking trails in the vicinity. Two ponds for bird-watching. No pets. No smoking of any kind on the entire property. Parking on private driveway.
