| A friend and I are moving out and are looking for two females (preferably students and subject to the landlord’s approval) to take over a one year lease in an upstairs 3 bedroom floor starting May 1. Rent is $800 per month/room, not including utilities. There is currently one female tenant filling one of the three rooms who has a dog and is very organized and responsible! The house is located in varsity next to market mall, there are many grocery stores nearby (Safeway, save on foods), it’s a 10 minute walk to the bow river walking trail, and a 1 minute walk to a bus stop that takes you right to the University of Calgary.
