| Hello, Me and my partner recently purchased a house and will be moving at the end of June. We are looking for someone to either: 1. Take over our lease from July 1 to October 31, 2024, or 2. Sign new one year lease with our landlord. The house is the first floor of a bungalow. There is a very quiet older tenant in the basement who has his own separate entrance. The house is about a 3 minute walk from Westbrook Station, which is then a quick 5-10 minute train ride into downtown. Walmart, Safeway, Liquor Store and multiple restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk of the house. The current rent is $2,250 per month, not including utilities. The unit comes with a 1 car garage parking as well as ample backyard space including a porch, barbecue and seating area. The interior is fully furnished including two beds, two desks, two bookshelves, couch, coffee table, dining table, kitchen table, TV, washer, dryer, dish washer, microwave, fridge, stove, and more. The unit is pet friendly. Our landlord would require a credit and background check before agreeing to the sublet or signing of a 1 year lease and I can help facilitate a call between the two of you.
