The egress windows in the two bedrooms are large and have good natural light. The suite has its separate entrance. • The suite can be rented unfurnished or with complimentary furniture. • Rent is $1,300 per month plus 40% of Utilities (electricity, gas, city garbage collection fees, water) and high-speed wifi, about $150 per month.
