| I have a Mobile home for rental preferred long term rental agreement. The Home is lil rough outside but that will change sometime this year or next the inside is more important at moment so it will be first. If you don't mind the Upgrading every four or three months then this place could be for you. The upgrading doesn't usually take long for I have a good company that does it and the things needing upgrading doesn't take long just heads up. We will work with your schedule and will only work it when your home we all will be on same page before work gets done. The place is in a great location grocery stores and fast food restaurant across the street and walking distance from the park the Trailer park is a good community feel and the neighbors are good people that are no problem at all. The Home is on big side 14W and 70L lots of space for family or couple the home has nice lil yard fenced and shed in back for storage of mower. Working dishwasher and laundry washer and dryer combination machine works fine . In the winter gas cost $290ish monthly so just heads up but summer way cheaper normally just have furnace turned off in summer. Trailer park supplies the water and garbage pickup is on Thursdays. You will have to have utilities under your name power and internet and whatever. $ 1125 Monthly damage deposit $1125 .
