| I am currently renting an apartment in Blackfalds and am now looking for a full-time worker/student roommate. Male preferred. Monthly payment would include roommates share of rent, utilities, and high speed internet. You would get your own bathroom with a shower, and your own parking spot with a plug for the winter. Located very close to the Abbey centre. Room is unfurnished other than a desk. Living room/Kitchen/laundry machines would be shared with myself. No pets right now but may be open to them in the future. Applicants must be a nonsmoker, non to light drinker, relaxed, and willing to keep things tidy. People who enjoy gaming/nerd stuff would be a plus. Please include a bit of info about yourself to help ensure you might be a good fit. A credit check by the property company would need to be done for the chosen roommate, but otherwise they will skip the other usual checks they do. Once those are done person can move in right away. If ad is still up, room is still available. |
