| Hello my name's Jody P and I'm looking for a suite to rent for around May 15 ish. Now that being said I'm open to: Basement suite with utilities included would be great - furnished also is good and cable n Wi-Fi would be a bonus , a Bachelor or studio suite or a shared accommodation like a room with own bathroom and access to kitchen etc works. Preferably with person/people (max 3 all together ) who are same age and sex. Me 47 male. About me: I'm very easy going, I don't like drama or high stress situations. I'm a Class 1 Driver by trade and have been for the last 20 yrs but I did take 2 yrs off in 2016 to achieve my dream job of becoming a Correctional Peace Officer at the new remand center in North Edmonton. After 2018 I came back to driving as the management at the jail was terrible but hey, huge life achievement for me ✅ I'm originally from BC and no not Vancouver haha. Up north in PG and moved to Edmonton in 2000 before moving back here in 2022. I'm responsible, reliable, always pay rent on time and am fairly quiet as I love my movies and sometimes my games. Anyways I've missed the city and wanted to move back for some time. So I've landed a camp job in Ft Mac on a 14/14 shift and want to get the feelers out there for housing. I'm looking to spend around $975 ish ^ month for a basement suite and less for shared. Please tell me what you have or may have coming available and we can definitely negotiate price and dates.
