| Good day. Seeking Christian, preferably male but somewhat open, for a shared accommodation situation in a house on 2 acres just north of Red Deer. 2 single fellas live in a 5 bedroom split level home. All common areas are shared including kitchen, family room, living room, laundry and covered deck. Big fire pit beside the house. Good sized shop is negotiable if you have toys needing storage (though it is not for parking in winter as the floor is not sloped nor does it have a floor drain.) . Also, plenty of room outdoors for an extra vehicle / boat / RV storage in yard. Dry 10x10 Storage shed also negotiable. 6-person jaccuzi hot tub outside. It has been a great place to live, but the costs have risen substantially in the past couple of years and I can't afford to live in the home and cover all the expenses alone. House is completely furnished except for the one bedroom that will be available at the end of September which will be vacant, possibly a little bit earlier if needed. Close to Joffre Nova Chemicals and DOW (20 min drive). 5 minutes to north Red Deer. 15 mins to Sylvan Lake. 1 hour to Edmonton airport. Open to pets on a case by case basis. Thanks! David |
